To match drivers and passengers for intercity rides and display relevant route options.
To verify identities, prevent fraud, and maintain a safe community on highways across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
To communicate booking updates, safety alerts, and service announcements.
To improve route recommendations, pricing transparency, and overall product experience.

We share limited profile details with matched travelers only after a booking is confirmed.
We work with payment, SMS, cloud hosting, and identity verification partners who process data under strict contractual safeguards.
We may disclose information when required by Indian law, court order, or to protect the safety of users and the public.

We retain account and trip records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute resolution obligations.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard practices. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable law and ongoing trip obligations.
You can update notification preferences and profile visibility settings from your account once the dashboard launches in Phase 2.
